At Morva Recruitment, we’re proud to be supporting a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of improving water quality across the UK. From protecting rivers and coastlines to supporting safe drinking water, this is a business making a real environmental impact — and they’re growing.

Due to increased demand, they’re expanding their Tendering team and are now looking for a highly organised Proposals Administrator.

The Role

This is a varied and fast-paced position where you’ll play a key role in pulling together accurate, timely and well-structured quotations and proposal documentation.

You’ll be working closely with multiple internal teams, helping to ensure projects are commercially sound and delivered efficiently from the outset.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Supporting the delivery of major projects focused on sustainable water treatment solutions

* Coordinating inputs from sales, projects, finance and HPS teams

* Compiling reactive service and maintenance quotations using established pricing frameworks

* Submitting quotations via client portals

* Preparing detailed project costings, including labour, plant and materials

* Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely submission of all documentation

* Building a strong understanding of the company’s engineering solutions and technologies (full training provided)

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in an administrative or proposals-focused role

* Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail

* Confident communicator, both written and verbal

* Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing stakeholder input

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

* Experience with D365 would be advantageous (training available)

* Exposure to the water industry or reactive maintenance environments is beneficial, but not essential

* Ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines effectively

Why This Role?

This is a great opportunity to join a business that combines technical expertise with a genuine commitment to environmental improvement. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where your contribution is visible and valued, with the chance to develop your skills in a growing and evolving sector.

If you’re someone who takes pride in producing accurate work, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to be involved in projects that make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
