PSHE teacher
The ideal teacher will have excellent behaviour management as the pupils have come out of mainstream for 20 weeks to help build up their confidence and find a new setting.
Duties
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
* Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in lesson planning and delivery.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching children or young adults.
* Experience with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential.
