Psychology Graduate
Location - Manchester (M15)
Pay - £480-£550 per week, depending on experience
Start date - 20/04/2026
Hours - 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Prospero Teaching are currently seeking recent psychology graduates to join a large SEMH provision in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are looking to pursue a career in education.
The school supports pupils aged between 11-18, with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
You will:
Support pupils 1:1, building strong rapport and relationships
Collaborate with other staff members and external agencies to monitor progress and development
Prepare engaging learning resources and activities to encourage engagementWhat we are looking for:
A recent degree in Psychology or Criminology
A genuine passion for supporting young people
Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
Team Teach training is highly desired but training can be providedTo Be Eligible You Must:
Hold the Right to Work in the UK
Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to apply)
