We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology graduates to work as Teaching Assistants (TAs) within primary schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while making a real difference in young pupils’ lives. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support primary-aged pupils in the classroom Work 1:1 or in small groups Assist the class teacher with learning activities Help create a positive, engaging learning environment Support children with a range of needs, including SEN Who We’re Looking For A Psychology graduate (or related degree) A genuine interest in working in a classroom setting Experience working with children – whether inside a school, nursery, youth club, summer camp, sports coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or other child-based settings All experience with children is valuable and welcomed Positive, proactive and adaptable attitude Strong communication skills Opportunities Available We are looking for candidates to: Sign up for Teaching Assistant work during the Summer Term Be considered for long-term September roles Secure longer-term placements if desired Whether you're looking for flexible experience or hoping to secure a permanent position, we would love to hear from you.
