This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio, and destination rooftop bar, this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Public Area Cleaner to keep our hotel’s public spaces spotless, welcoming and guest‑ready at all times. You’ll play a key part in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable and impressive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Clean public areas including lobbies, lifts, corridors, offices, meeting rooms and staircases.
Work efficiently and maintain high cleaning standards in a fast‑paced environment.
Follow Health & Safety and COSHH procedures at all times.
Report maintenance issues, hazards or accidents promptly.
Maintain cleaning equipment safely and ensure supplies are stocked.
Support team members and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
Provide great customer service by ensuring public spaces are always presentable.
Who You Are:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Public Area Cleaner, ideally in hospitality.
Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail.
Physically able to lift, bend and stand for long periods.
Positive, flexible and able to work independently or as part of a team.
