Pump Services Operations Manager Salary: £55,000–£65,000 per annum Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire Role Overview: An established specialist engineering service provider in the fluid movement and pump solutions sector is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day operational activity across service and maintenance divisions. The business specialises in comprehensive pump servicing, repair, installation, and related maintenance solutions with nationwide coverage and 24/7 emergency support. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and optimise operational performance across service delivery, maintenance and technical support teams. • Coordinate schedules, resource planning and engineer deployment to meet client service requirements. • Drive continuous improvement in processes, health & safety compliance and service quality. • Manage budgets, inventory, materials procurement and operational reporting. • Support recruitment, staff development and cross‑department coordination with senior leadership. Candidate Profile: • Proven operations management experience, ideally within engineering or technical services. • Strong leadership and team management capability. • Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to drive operational excellence and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
