QSHE Manager
QSHE Manager - Hours: 35 per week (Early Friday Finish) A profitable and well-established manufacturing business in Bradford is seeking an experienced QSHE Manager to join its senior leadership team. The site supplies into regulated and high-growth sectors, and as a QSHE Manager, you will be joining at an exciting period of structured transition. The incoming QSHE Manager will take full ownership of Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental performance, leading the site through systems alignment while maintaining high operational standards. This is a very stable company with low staff turnover. The Role The QSHE Manager will: * Lead and develop the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & AS9100) * Manage internal, customer and certification audits * Oversee NCR processes and drive robust root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) * Maintain legal compliance and EHS risk registers * Lead and develop a Quality team * Drive continuous improvement and visible shop-floor engagement During the first 12 months, a key focus for the QSHE Manager will be reviewing existing documentation and aligning systems to new standards ahead of re-certification. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong shop-floor credibility and the ability to operate confidently at senior level. The Ideal QSHE Manager * Strong manufacturing background (precision or high-tolerance preferred) * Experience within aerospace or other regulated industries * Proven knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and ideally AS/EN 9100 * Strong root cause analysis and auditing capability * Confident communicator across shop floor, customers and leadership * Able to balance both Quality and EHS responsibilities Candidates who have progressed from engineering roles into QSHE leadership will be well suited.
