The successful Qualified Secondary Teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), demonstrate excellent classroom management, and have a patient, flexible, and creative approach to teaching. Previous experience working with children who have autism and severe learning difficulties is desirable, although ongoing education and training will be provided to help you develop within the role.
