Employed Qualified Tutor (QTS / QTLS) Eleven 11 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for passionate and flexible educators who want to make a real difference in young people’s lives. Location: Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Thetford & Dereham (with occasional travel across Suffolk and neighbouring counties) Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 per year (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Working Pattern: Term-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 (40 weeks per year) About the Role Are you an educator looking for a more flexible and rewarding way to support young people? We are seeking Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) to deliver high-quality, one-to-one tuition for learners in alternative provision. This role focuses on personalised, relationship-based support, helping young people thrive academically and emotionally. You’ll use your professional expertise to deliver tailored sessions in: • English • Maths • Life skills Your work will nurture both academic progress and emotional wellbeing in a highly impactful way.
