Quality Auditor
QUALITY AUDITOR Salary £40,000 Hybrid - 3 days onsite Covering portfolio of homes and schools, West Midlands to Wiltshire. To deliver independent assurance on service-level compliance with statutory regulations and internal quality frameworks, identifying risks, areas of non-compliance, and opportunities for improvement. The primary focus of this role will be the Group’s residential children’s homes and supported accommodation services. Each audit will typically require three working days: * Day 1–2: On-site assessment (file reviews, staff/young people interviews, observations). * Day 3: Report writing and submission.
