The Role As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading the site Quality function, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing the Quality team
Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS)
Driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
Overseeing internal and external audits
Ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the businessAbout You
Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality role within manufacturing
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
Experience leading audits and managing compliance
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
38-hour working week
