Quantity Surveyor – HYBRID WORKING 3 Days WORK FROM HOME + 2 Days on site PERMANENT or LTD COMPANY rewards around Salary to £90,000 or £450per day Civil Engineering and Groundworks Quantity Surveyor needed to mange the cost controls and cost reporting on between 2-3 civil engineering projects, each valued at circa £2m - £4m. Quantity Surveyor should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. On site 2 days a week and home working 3 days a week. • Sites are within 30 miles of Birmingham and surrounding areas. • Reporting to Managing Quantity Surveyor • Working for a very well estbalished business • All clients are large blue chip construction organisations Company Profile: One of the UK’s best known and respected Civil Engineering and Groundworks contractors that operates on projects ranging from £1m - £15m in value across the Midlands. Covering civil engineering and groundworks across: • Défense • Healthcare • Commercial • Industrial • Technology • Motorsport • Heavy industry Works will typically include: • Bulk excavation • Ground remediation • Ground beams and floor slabs • Pile caps • Foundations • Specialist tanking installation • Retaining walls • Substructures • Reinforced concrete sub-structures • Reinforced concrete super-structures • Complex formwork installations • Basements • Refurbishment • External works • Hard landscaping Rewards Salary to suit experience level – circa up to £90,000 + car package, Pension, Holidays, etc Or Limited company is fine – Circa £450 daily
