Quantity Surveyor required for a leading Tier 1, privately owned main contractor based in North Bristol. Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + car allowance + full package Quantity Surveyor – The Company This Quantity Surveyor role sits with a c.£800m turnover, privately owned Tier 1 main contractor. The business delivers large-scale new build commercial and industrial projects, typically £40m–£80m, with schemes up to £150m. Well run, financially secure, excellent leadership, and a strong long-term pipeline. Quantity Surveyor – The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will join an established commercial team delivering major new build projects from pre-construction through to final account. This is a proper Quantity Surveyor role with real responsibility, structure, and support. Key responsibilities * Commercial management as Quantity Surveyor on new build projects * Procurement and management of subcontract packages * Valuations, variations, and cost reporting * Supporting site and project teams commercially * Final accounts and commercial close-out Quantity Surveyor – Requirements * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor * New build experience essential (commercial / industrial preferred) * Experience working on medium to large-scale projects * Strong commercial awareness and communication skills Why Apply for this Quantity Surveyor role?
