The Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a dynamic and experienced QS team, supporting the successful delivery of residential projects for private clients throughout the country.
The new Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a client-facing role, supporting the delivery of projects at both pre- and post-contract stages while working closely with the client and wider project team.
The Quantity Surveyor
Working towards completing APC Interview
Minimum - completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Prime / high-end residential project experience would be preferred
Strong Pre and Post contract knowledge
Ideally experience with working for private clients
PQS / QS Consultancy background and work experience

£40,000 - £50,000
