The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a collaborative team of 15 Quantity Surveyors (and 5+ Project Managers) who are working on a mix bag of projects including private residential, heritage, and commercial projects.
The new Quantity Surveyor will lead projects from inception to completion, with projects tending to value between £1m and £10m.
The Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
4+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS / Cost Management environment
Good pre contract knowledge
Able to work as part of a team
Commercial, Heritage, or Residential project experienceIn Return?
£45,000 - £60,000
