Quantity Surveyor

I’m working with a well-established and growing external envelope contractor based in Dartford, delivering projects across England. The business is turning over circa £40m, has secured multiple new projects, and continues to grow at a strong rate. They operate across both subcontract and main contractor packages and have built a strong reputation within the façade sector.

They deliver multi-million-pound façade and cladding projects across the UK, including high-rise remediation, recladding, and new build external envelope packages. Projects range from large residential towers to mixed-use developments, often within live environments, so this is complex, technically challenging work rather than small-scale packages.

They’re now looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor to support their expanding workload.

Key responsibilities:

* Managing façade and external envelope packages from procurement through to final account

* Preparing and negotiating subcontract packages

* Cost reporting, valuations, and variations

* Working closely with project and site teams to maintain commercial control

* Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities

This is a mix of office (Dartford) and site-based work.

£65k + car allowance + pension + life insurance + 25 days holiday + bank holidays
