Quantity Surveyor Warrington Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary | Commercial and High-Rise Residential Projects A specialist contractor delivering large-scale façade and cladding remediation projects is looking for a hands-on Quantity Surveyor to join their North West team. This role is commercial in nature — you’ll manage your own packages, oversee costs, valuations, and variations, and ensure projects run profitably. While prior façade experience is beneficial, the main requirement is a proactive, commercially minded attitude. You’ll also have guidance and support from the Commercial Director and senior leadership whenever needed. Key Responsibilities * Running your own project packages with commercial oversight * Preparing interim valuations, variation assessments, and final accounts * Cost reporting, budget monitoring, and subcontractor account management * Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve commercial issues * Supporting high-rise residential and commercial remediation projects * Escalating complex or high-value commercial matters to the Commercial Director Requirements * QS / Assistant QS experience on construction projects (façade or cladding experience beneficial but not essential) * Strong commercial awareness, understanding of cost control, and contract administration * Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage your own packages * Confident communicating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients What’s On Offer * Hybrid working flexibility * Competitive salary based on experience * Exposure to high-profile residential and commercial projects * Opportunity to take commercial ownership of packages with senior leadership support * Career development within a growing specialist contractor Apply If you’re interested in this opportunity, please apply with a copy of your CV or get in touch with our Commercial Specialist, Jane Fairhurst
