Job title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Hull - Onsite Job type: Permanent (Staff ) Our Client an Engineering company are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a permanent position in Hull location. This role is placed within Oil & Gas, Construction, engineering or highly regulated industry. Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working on Puma project based on Saltend in Hull, and you will be responsible for undertaking specific commercial activities. Responsibilities As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for Month End Auto-WIP & Journal returns, Co-ordination of AFC & internal Rolling Forecasts, Provision of information for Monthly Reports. You will review of EW notifications & responses or notifications downstream & upstream. Liaising with Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries or disallowed items. Cost Analysis via SAP & Power BI. Assisting CM on compilation of Project Board Reports. You will update Commercial Registers i.e. CE, EW, Plant, Sales Invoices etc. Calculation & Remeasurement of BOQ. Drafting of notifications including letters, Overseeing of Subcontract Management processes, Value analysis- SOR, FP, day works. Experience Senior Quantity Surveyor will have Knowledge of NAECI Agreement Experience on major Construction Projects NEC4 Option B Contracts Standard Method of Measurement Basic knowledge of P6 programmes Benefits: Living away allowance will be provided if more than 45 miles from site, Company Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, 25 days annual holiday plus ability to buy/sell up to 5 days, Overtime payable at basic rate for weekend working, Dental Plan & Death in Service.
