Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Package
O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a Tier 1 main contractor with a strong secured pipeline of complex mixed-use cut and carve schemes across South and Central London. They are seeking to hire a Quantity Surveyor with main contracting experience who is confident managing packages and supporting the commercial delivery of technically challenging refurbishment projects.
You will get exposure to high-profile London schemes involving structural alterations, refurbishment, façade works and mixed-use redevelopment, working closely with experienced Senior Surveyors and Commercial Managers.

Responsibilities
- Managing subcontract packages from procurement through to final account
- Contributing to the successful commercial delivery of the project
- Supporting cost reporting, valuations, variations and change control
- Working closely with site teams, subcontractors and the wider commercial team
Requirements
- Experience working for a main contractor in a Quantity Surveying role
- Previous exposure to mixed-use, refurbishment or cut and carve projects preferred
- Strong understanding of subcontract management and commercial reporting
- Able and willing to commute to South/Central London projects as required
