O'Neill and Brennan are partnered with a leading Property Developer who are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor on an on-going basis to support delivery of an on-going scheme.
Role Overview
- Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Project: Residential new build
- Location: Central London
- Rate: £400 - £500 Outside IR35
- Start: ASAP but can wait for the right person
- Type: Self-Employed
Responsibilities
- Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments
- Support project reporting and cost forecasting
- Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project
Requirements
- Previous experience in Senior or Project Quantity surveying position at a major developer
- Full commercial lifecycle experience
- Procurement experience
