Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Required We are an ever-growing Groundworks contractor based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire (LU1), seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. What we offer: • Full-time, permanent position • Competitive salary (based on experience) • On-site parking available • Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding company Role & Responsibilities: • Managing project costs from initial estimates through to final accounts • Preparing and submitting valuations and variations • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams • Cost control and financial reporting • Procurement of materials and subcontractors Requirements: • Previous experience in groundworks or civil engineering (preferred) • Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
