About the role
As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages across a range of projects. This includes both domestic developments and commercial fit outs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual requirements.
What you will be doing
Managing the commercial aspects of M&E (MEP) packages
Overseeing subcontractor accounts and cost control
Preparing and managing valuations, variations and change control
Supporting procurement activities and commercial reporting
Ensuring contractual compliance and accurate documentation
Working closely with project teams to support successful delivery
What we’re looking for
Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor
Strong understanding of M&E packages across residential and commercial projects
Solid commercial and contractual knowledge
Experience managing valuations, variations and change processes
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
