Quantity Surveyor
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a flagship international project, working alongside a highly skilled delivery team within one of the most in-demand sectors in construction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full commercial lifecycle of groundworks and RC frame packages
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
Procurement of subcontractors, including tender analysis and contract negotiation
Administration of subcontractor accounts, including valuations, variations, and final accounts
Monitor project costs and identify risks/opportunities to ensure financial targets are met
Work closely with site and project management teams to ensure efficient project delivery
Maintain strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures
Requirements
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within groundworks and RC frame projects
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., NEC, FIDIC, or similar)
Excellent commercial awareness and cost management skills
Experience working on large-scale or high-value construction projects
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team
Willingness to work in Austria (EU work rights or ability to travel required)Desirable:
Previous data centre project experience
Experience working on international projects
Relevant degree or professional qualification (Quantity Surveying or similar)
