Quoting assistant

We’re looking for an individual to join our growing property maintenance team to help with quotes for our customers. This is a field-based role where you’ll visit multiple residential and commercial properties across London in a day to help quote maintenance and refurbishment works.

Responsibilities include:

* Attend appointments at residential and commercial properties across London.

* Assess maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works.

* Measure up jobs and identify the labour time and materials required.

* Complete quotations using our mobile app immediately after each visit.

* Take clear photographs and notes to support every quotation.

* Discuss labour rates or material costs with your supervisor if you’re unsure before submitting a quote.

* Provide a professional and friendly experience for every customer.

What We’re Looking For

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Organised with strong attention to detail.

* Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps.

* Reliable, punctual, and professional.

* Happy travelling around London using public transport.

* Construction or property maintenance experience is an advantage, but not required.
