π What You'll Be Doing:
ποΈ Managing client records using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
β Creating, updating, and assigning tasks within the CRM system
π Handling incoming calls professionally, taking accurate messages while ensuring sensitive calls are passed to trained staff
π€ Supporting the team with day-to-day admin and coordination
π’ Working in an office in Bangor
π§ What You'll Need:
π» Strong computer skills and CRM experience (Dynamics 365 preferred)
π Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
ποΈ Ability to handle sensitive information with care and discretion
