Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner. * Answer and manage incoming calls and email enquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff. * Support general office administration, including filing, document preparation, and supply management. * Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings and catering. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. * Provide general administrative support to the management team and other departments as required
