Receptionist
We are looking for a professional and polished Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for all guests and colleagues, delivering a 5-star service and ensuring a warm, efficient, and secure welcome to the site. Key Responsibilities * Meet and greet visitors, ensuring smooth and timely check-in. * Communicate with internal teams via email/phone and support their requests. * Maintain accurate guest records and building knowledge. * Provide proactive visual checks of communal areas and report issues via the FM Helpdesk. * Support colleagues across the FM team and promote best practice. * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and security procedures at all times. About You * Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused. * Confident communicator with strong attention to detail. * Flexible, reliable, and proactive in your approach. * Knowledge of local transport and amenities is an advantage. The hours will be 40 hours a week -but will need to be flexible to accomodate holiday and sick leave within your team. Essential Requirements * Professional appearance and well‑groomed at all times (front-of-house standard). * Excellent customer service skills with a warm, welcoming manner. * Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for speaking with visitors, staff, and internal teams. * Ability to multitask and manage a busy reception area efficiently. * Attention to detail when checking visitors in and maintaining accurate records. * Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support business needs. * Comfortable using email, phone systems, and visitor management software. * Understanding of basic Health & Safety and site security protocols. * Ability to work well within the wider FM team and support colleagues proactively.
