Recruitment Administrator – Temporary Division Support The Recruitment Administrator will assist/support the department with administration tasks related to the recruiting of successful candidates for clients on a temporary basis initially with a view to it becoming permanent for the right person This includes and not restricted to assisting with advertising vacancies, Candidate searching, shortlisting, interviewing, database maintenance and compliance- whilst complying with the current regulations Typical daily duties will include: · Using various sources to resource potentially suitable candidates and successfully match their requirements to available vacancies. · Working on recruiting for selected temporary and permanent roles, within our sectors. · Advertise vacancies online via INDEED to attract potential suitable candidates for vacancies · Recruitment Administration to include adding candidates to CRM database, updating new & existing candidates – Including contact details, notes, groups. · Contact candidates via CVs received & watchdogs received in a reactive and prompt manner, successfully identifying their skills and experience to match with suitable temporary or permanent job vacancies, which the business are looking to recruit for. · Helping to build up our candidate database for temp & perm roles by speaking to relevant candidates and adding their details/cvs to our database, adhering to all correct GDPR procedures. · Assisting new and existing candidates with telephone enquiries relating to new jobs or placement enquiries and managing live chat once set up · Being involved with social media projects & events, including attending job fairs. · Assisting with administration related task on candidate registrations, including checking over candidate registration packs, scanning necessary documents, forwarding new starter details to our external payroll company, requesting reference requests · Assisting temporary candidates with day to day enquiries regarding their assignment for example payroll and holiday queries or any other issues which may arise. · Record keeping – Making sure temp folders are kept up to date with ‘Active candidates’ in the correct relevant folders. · Right to work checks – complying with government requirements · ID checks – using online verification portal Skills/Attributes Previous experience in recruitment would be beneficial but not essential Strong Microsoft Office skills (excel, word, outlook) Good attention to detail & organisational skills Reliability essential Strong telephone manner Desire to learn & develop Due to location of the office own transport is essential This role involves liaising with a range of people including candidates of all levels of experience Technique-Recruitment Solutions Ltd is a proud equal opportunities employer, dedicated and specialist to the engineering and manufacturing industries.
