Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong client and candidate relationships, and delivering high-quality hiring solutions across a range of trades. This role requires excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

· Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, databases, networking, and referrals.

· Write and post engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms.

· Match suitable candidates to open vacancies based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

· Coordinate interviews, feedback, negotiations, and offer management between clients and candidates.

· Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/database.

· Meet agreed KPIs, sales targets, and revenue goals.

· Generate new business opportunities through networking, calls, referrals, and market mapping.

· Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.

· Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal recruitment processes.

Skills & Experience Required

· Previous experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or a customer-facing role preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

· Confidence in business development and negotiating terms.

· Highly organised with strong time-management skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

· Commercially minded with a target-driven approach.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/recruitment systems.
