We're looking for an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Billericay.

Responsibilities

* Win new business and build client relationships

* Source, interview and manage candidates

* Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement

* Negotiate offers and close deals

* Achieve individual sales and placement targets

* Maintain and grow your client and candidate network

Requirements

You'll have either:

* Previous recruitment experience, or

* Proven B2B sales experience

You'll also be:

* Confident and commercially minded

* Target-driven and motivated by success

* An excellent communicator

* Organised and proactive
