This is a great opportunity for anyone with strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and an interest in the engineering industry What You’ll Be Doing * Sourcing, screening, and interviewing engineering candidates across London. * Building strong relationships with clients in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, and tech engineering. * Matching skilled engineers to temporary, contract, and permanent roles. * Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job adverts to job placements. * Attending site visits, client meetings, and industry events to expand your network. * Working towards achievable weekly and monthly targets with support and ongoing training. What We’re Looking For * Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with both candidates and clients. * A motivated, resilient personality suited to a fast-paced environment. * Interest in engineering or technical industries (no prior experience required). * Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a target-driven environment. * Previous sales, customer service, or recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential.
