We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant with 12 months’ recruitment experience to join our fast-growing team. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build client and candidate relationships, and earn uncapped commission on top of a competitive base.
What You’ll Do:
* Source and place candidates across Property, Engineering & FM
* Manage clients and candidates from first contact to placement
* Hit targets and grow your own desk
* Negotiate offers and close deals
You’ll Have:
* Minimum 12 months’ recruitment experience
* Strong communication & relationship-building skills
* Target-driven, proactive mindset
* Interest in Property, Engineering, or FM is a plus
