What You'll Be Doing
* Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates
* Managing and growing your own recruitment desk
* Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
* Delivering an exceptional level of service to schools and education professionals
* Working closely with colleagues to drive business growth
What We're Looking For
* Previous recruitment experience (any sector considered)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive and positive attitude
* Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
* Ambitious and eager to grow your career
