Recruitment Consultant

The Role:
* As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work in a full 360-degree recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement.Business development and selling recruitment services to new and existing clients (B2B)
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Visiting clients on-site and managing their recruitment accounts
* Conducting face-to-face candidate interviews
* Ensuring all compliance and administrative processes are followed
* Successfully matching candidates to suitable roles and placing them into employment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar people-focused role is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, outgoing, and professional approach
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Ability to build relationships at all levels
* Eagerness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry
* Full UK driving licence or currently learning to drive
