What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant
Strong understanding of the local industrial or driving market
Existing client relationships and the ability to grow accounts
A proactive, self‑motivated approach to business development
Excellent communication and organisational skills
What we offer:
Competitive salary (£30,000–£34,000 depending on experience)
