Apply NowRecruit Assist is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded 360 Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our growing independent recruitment business.If you’re an experienced recruiter who loves picking up the phone, winning business and building relationships, we want to hear from you. This position is a full 360 consultant, from securing new clients to the placement of candidates and the commercial admin for the driving and warehouse desk
What we’re offering:
Salary: £28 to £31 k per year + 15% commission
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Annual leave:22 days holiday + bank holidays
Training: REC and Industry relevant training
PDP: Regular 1-to-1s & personal development plans

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*
Winning new business: Proactively identifying, targeting and securing new clients across driving and industrial recruitment.
*
Business development: Building your own client portfolio through outbound calls, networking, LinkedIn and face-to-face meetings.
*
Account management: Developing existing relationships and maximising opportunities with current clients.
*
360 recruitment delivery: Managing the complete recruitment process from taking vacancies and sourcing candidates through to successful placements.
*
Temporary and permanent recruitment: Delivering flexible staffing solutions to meet changing client demands.
*
Candidate management: Building a strong network of reliable drivers and industrial candidates.
*
Sales performance: Working towards clear business development, placement and revenue targets.
*
Relationship building: Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to clients and candidates.
