During the session, you will: Meet experienced Recruitment Consultants, Team Leaders and Managers Learn about the 360 recruitment model and our specialist education recruitment sector Take part in group activities, tasks and real‑world scenarios Gain clarity on earning potential, commission structure and progression routes Understand the key skills needed to succeed — and how our training supports your development Suitable for Graduate Recruitment Consultant, Trainee Recruitment Consultant and Experienced Recruitment Consultant pathways.
