Recruitment Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in HR and recruitment, joining our People Team to play a key role in shaping a great candidate experience from first contact through to day one. You’ll support the full hiring journey — from advertising roles and coordinating interviews to onboarding new starters and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience. Working closely with the People and Talent Advisor, you’ll provide day-to-day resourcing support, handle general recruitment queries, and help keep everything running efficiently, all while gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Salary: £28,000

Hours: 35

Contract: 6 Month FTC
