Key responsibilities as Recruitment Partner:
Partner with service leaders in education, children's homes, and foster care to agree recruitment priorities, create clear role briefs, and track vacancy pipelines.
Deliver targeted attraction plans, build candidate pipelines through advertising and direct sourcing, screen fairly against values and criteria, and maintain ATS data.
Support structured selection, hiring decisions, candidate engagement to onboarding, and provide market insights for faster, quality hires.

Strong recruitment partnering experience with operational stakeholders.
Proven proactive sourcing.
Labour market insight.
ATS proficiency.
