Ingenivm Group is a growing specialist recruitment business focused on the US engineering market, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer with the right attitude, energy and ambition to join our team.
This isn’t simply a resourcer role.
You’ll have the rare opportunity to work closely with a founder who genuinely cares about developing people and has a proven history of creating high-performing recruitment consultants.
You’ll learn directly from experienced recruitment professionals, develop your skills and have a clear opportunity to progress as you demonstrate your ability.
What we offer:
* Sarlary to £27000
* Commsission, incentives, performance bonuses
* Clear promotion structure
* Direct training and development from experienced recruitment consultants
The Role:
You’ll support the recruitment team across:
* Candidate sourcing and headhunting
* Shortlisting candidates against live vacancies
* Candidate qualification and telephone screening
* Conducting Teams interviews
* Building candidate pipelines
* Job advertising
* Lead generation
* Supporting consultants with live recruitment campaigns
* Maintaining accurate candidate information on our CRM database.
Person specification:
We’re more interested in attitude and potential than simply your CV.
You’ll need to be:
* Energetic, positive and proactive
* Confident speaking to people
* Ambitious and hungry to succeed
* Resilient and comfortable picking up the phone
* Organised and hardworking
* A strong communicator
* Keen to learn and develop
* Someone who wants to become a high-performing recruitment consultant
Previous recruitment experience is not essential, but the right person with the right attitude can be trained.
