Key Responsibilities: * Identify and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of sourcing methods. * Manage candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. * Interact with candidates over the phone with professionalism and confidence. * Work closely with experienced consultants to learn and grow your recruitment skills. * Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. * Provide leads and market insights to the delivery team. * Maintain and update the in-house CRM system in line with company processes.
