We are growing our team and are looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to support candidate sourcing, compliance, and placement delivery.
The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and supporting candidates across education and care settings.
You will be responsible for:
* Sourcing and screening candidates for Education, Health & Social Care roles
* Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining CRM systems
* Conducting initial candidate interviews and registration calls
* Supporting compliance checks (DBS, references, right to work)
* Building strong relationships with candidates
* Supporting consultants with live vacancies and urgent placements
* Ensuring high-quality candidate experience throughout
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or resourcing
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail (especially compliance documentation)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Confident telephone manner and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational skills and time management
Salary & Benefits
* £26,000 per annum basic salary
* Performance bonus up to 10% (£3,000 threshold)
