We are a well-established and rapidly growing recruitment agency specialising in Trades & Labour across construction and infrastructure projects. With a strong client base and a reputation for delivering high-quality candidates, we are looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment position where you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from winning new business to sourcing and placing candidates on-site. You will play a key role in building both client and candidate relationships within the Trades & Labour sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities within the construction and Trades & Labour market
* Build and manage your own client portfolio
* Source, screen, and place candidates into temporary and permanent roles
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to placement
* Conduct site visits and client meetings
* Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts
* Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure high levels of service
* Work towards and exceed sales and placement targets
Requirements
* Previous recruitment experience (ideally within Trades & Labour or construction)
* Proven track record in a 360 recruitment or sales role
* Strong business development and relationship-building skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
