Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration & air conditioning systems across various commercial and residential properties.

Duties:
• Install, service, and repair a wide range of refrigeration & air conditioning units and systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals.
• Lead maintenance teams during large-scale installation or repair projects, providing guidance and supervision.
• Analyse system performance data to identify potential faults or areas for improvement. • Liaise with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Document all work carried out, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and system modifications.
• Assist in the construction or refurbishment of HVACR infrastructure as required.
Experience:
• Need to have experience in AC installation, service, maintenance and repair
• Experience in Refrigeration service, maintenance and repair (Install experience is a plus but if not, then can be trained)
• Proven experience in mechanical knowledge related to refrigeration & air conditioning systems, equipment repair, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of schematics, technical drawings, and system diagrams.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in supervising or mentoring junior staff or apprentices.
• Practical experience with equipment repair and troubleshooting within the HVACR sector.
• Knowledge of construction processes related to HVACR installation projects is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
