Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer

Job Title: AC & Refrigeration Installer / Refrigeration Engineer Location: East London & Essex (door-to-door travel) Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience) About the Role We are seeking an experienced AC & Refrigeration Installer / Engineer to join our growing team covering East London and Essex. This is a field-based role working across commercial and domestic sites, installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Key Responsibilities * Installation of air conditioning systems (split, multi-split, VRV/VRF) * Installation and maintenance of commercial refrigeration equipment * Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs * Routine servicing and preventative maintenance * Ensuring all work is completed to industry standards and regulations * Providing excellent customer service on-site * Completing job reports and documentation accurately Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience in AC & refrigeration installation/engineering * F-Gas certification (essential) * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Experience with major AC systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, etc.) * Full UK driving licence * Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer * Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year * Company van & fuel card * Door-to-door pay * Overtime opportunities * Ongoing training and development * Stable, long-term role with a growing company
