Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer

We are recruiting experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers to cover the North West region, including Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Blackpool and occasionally Leeds. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including: * CO₂ refrigeration systems (opportunity to specialise and increase earnings) * Bulk milk tanks * Cold stores * Water chillers * Air conditioning systems Key responsibilities include: * Responding to breakdown call-outs * Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs * Planned preventative maintenance * Completing service documentation accurately * Providing excellent customer service Requirements * F-Gas Certification (essential) * NVQ Level 2 minimum (Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred) * Proven refrigeration and/or air conditioning experience * Full UK driving licence * Positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude Why Join? * Guaranteed 5 hours overtime paid at 1.5x rate * Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours * Full door-to-door pay * Company van (personal use option available) * Fuel card & mobile phone provided * Up to 36 days annual leave * Healthcare scheme * Holiday buy-back scheme – sell up to 5 unused days per year * Enhanced pension contributions – up to 5% after 5 years’ service * Long-term career development within a supportive and growing team
