Refrigeration Engineer
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience as a refrigeration engineer, possess relevant industry qualifications, hold a F-Gas category 1 certification and have good electrical and mechanical knowledge. As a Refrigeration Engineer, you will be installing, servicing, maintenance and repairing of refrigeration systems, undertaking fault finding and diagnostics on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment as well as working on systems including split systems and all aspects of refrigeration including CO2.
This role does involve nationwide work with a significant portion of the projects being based in the South.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:
Demonstrable experience as a refrigeration engineer
Possess relevant industry qualifications
Hold a F-Gas Category 1 certification
Have good electrical and mechanical knowledge
Ability to fault-find and problem-solve effectively
Possess strong communication and customer service skills
Be able to work under pressure and manage workload efficiently
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Hold a full UK Driving Licence
Your duties as a Refrigeration Engineer would be:
Installation, servicing, maintenance and repairing of refrigeration systems
Undertaking fault finding and diagnostics on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Working on systems including split systems, VRV/VRF, chillers, cold rooms and all aspects of refrigeration including CO2 and air handling units
Completing all work to comply with current health and safety and F-Gas regulations
Ensuring job reports and service documentation are accurately completed
Providing a high level of customer service and professionalism on-site
Participating in an on-call rota
