Key Responsibilities:
As a Refurbishment Technician, handyman and painter & decorator, you'll play a key role in preparing and improving the apartments for new tenants:
Carry out painting, decorating and minor plastering works as a skilled painter & decorator
Complete general repairs including carpentry and basic plumbing as a multi-skilled handyman
Support furniture movement, assembly, and installations
Perform daily water checks and flushing activities
Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs as a competent handyman
Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the estate
Work across trades in a flexible handyman and painter & decorator capacity
Accurately record work using systems and documentation
Maintain clean and safe working environments
Support and oversee subcontractors when required
Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
What we're looking for:
We're looking for a capable Refurbishment Technician with a strong handyman and painter & decorator background:
Previous experience as a handyman or multi-trade operative
Strong skills as a painter & decorator
Good working knowledge of general maintenance tasks
Ability to diagnose issues and work independently
A flexible and proactive approach to work
Good attention to detail and organisation
Understanding of health & safety practices
