Regional EHS Manager – Connacht €90,000 + Package Location: Connacht, Ireland Sector: Construction / Engineering / Infrastructure Employment: Full-Time A leading engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Regional EHS Manager to oversee Environmental, Health & Safety performance across projects in the Connacht region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting operational teams across multiple construction and engineering projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead regional EHS strategy across multiple project sites • Ensure compliance with Irish safety legislation and company standards • Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations • Support project teams in implementing safe systems of work • Promote a strong behavioural safety culture • Deliver EHS training and awareness programmes • Monitor project safety performance and reporting metrics • Work closely with senior management and operational teams Requirements • Degree or qualification in Health & Safety / Environmental discipline • Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial environments • Strong understanding of Irish H&S legislation • Proven leadership experience across multi-site operations • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
