Key Responsibilities:
Building relationships with senior leaders to understand their critical hiring needs
Managing the recruitment process end-to-end
Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to hiring managers, ensuring process rigour and efficiency
Developing and executing comprehensive search strategies with business leaders
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Progressive recruiting experience across various industries and functions
Experience sourcing independently and creatively, as well as partnering with a sourcer
Resourceful and solution-oriented with a strong work ethic and adaptability
Positive attitude, dedication to problem-solving, and high level of integrity
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, share responsibilities, and accept feedback
